We include detailed descriptions, size guides, condition details, what is included with each item, and accurate imagery for each product. We regularly share product videos on our social media, giving you a closer look at our items. We offer returns in accordance with the applicable South African consumer protection legislation, and provided your item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, paid back to you. You can read our full returns policy here.
We do not stock replicas or counterfeits and all designer items are assessed before being listed. Should you require third-party authentication, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF YOUR PRE-OWNED ITEMS?
In addition to brand-new items, we also offer pre-owned fashion and accessories.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
We are an online fashion boutique and all orders are delivered straight to your door, with full tracking details provided after the courier has collected your order.
HOW DOES SIZING WORK?
In our product descriptions, you will find the original size and, if required, the equivalent South African/UK size. Where items run larger or smaller, we try our best to disclose this. Upon adding to cart and checkout, this will show the original size of the item. If you require any additional sizing details, before making a purchase, feel free to reach out.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE AT CHECKOUT?
At checkout you will see the following options:
Paystack – Google Pay, Capitec Pay, Credit Card, Scan to Pay and SnapScan.
EFT Payment – place your order and pay via direct bank transfer using the banking details provided.
Apple Pay, Credit Card or Google Pay – a secure payment link will be sent after checkout to the email address provided in the order.

LAY-BY
We offer flexible lay-by options starting from R1000.
We offer a standard 3-month plan or a custom plan designed around your needs.
Standard Lay-By:
Minimum purchase amount: R1000
Immediate deposit: 25%
Balance: Pay the remaining amount over 3 months
Custom Lay-By:
Need more flexibility? We’ll work with you to create a personalised lay-by plan.
To set up a lay-by, simply email us and we’ll take care of the rest.
Delivery:
Once your lay-by is fully paid, your item(s) will be scheduled for delivery and tracking details provided after the courier has collected your order.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your lay-by before completion, a non-refundable 10% handling fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
Deliveries
Deliveries (South Africa):
Orders are delivered via The Courier Guy, although alternative trusted couriers may be used.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and may be affected by public holidays or high-volume shopping periods.
When you receive your delivery, please check your item and packaging to ensure everything has arrived as expected.
Consignment Stock
In addition to purchasing stock ourselves, we also offer consignment selling.
We stock items on behalf of a seller and take a commission on the final selling price, only once the item is sold. When we are open to accepting new consignments, we announce it on our social media platforms — so be sure to follow us for updates.
We do not accept replicas or counterfeits and we only consider items in very good to excellent condition.
Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, here's how returns work:
Eligibility for Return:
Returns are in accordance with the applicable South African consumer protection legislation. A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be returned in the same condition as supplied, with all original labels, tags, seals (if applicable), and any accessories or extras still attached and included. Once the return is received and assessed as per the above requirements, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, paid back to you.

Return Shipping:
Items returned that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back to the purchaser at their cost.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on pierced earrings or intimate wear unless a material fault is identified upon inspection.
Condition of Pre-owned Items:
All pre-owned fashion and accessories are sold in used condition unless otherwise stated.
Minor signs of wear consistent with age or prior use do not constitute a defect.

Placing Orders:
You may place orders for items listed on our website, and The Shopping Cart reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Stock availability is limited and subject to change.
We take reasonable steps to keep stock information accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or store credit for the amount paid.
