WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF YOUR PREOWNED ITEMS?
In addition to brand-new items, we also offer pre-owned fashion and accessories. We strive to disclose significant flaws however pre-owned items may show signs of wear, even if unused. This can occur due to storage or other factors. We encourage you to review the product descriptions, prices, and images for detailed information on each item's condition. DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM & CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
We operate exclusively online — no physical showroom or collection point. All orders are delivered to your door, with full tracking details provided. All communication is handled via email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media. If you need any assistance, please reach out.
HOW DOES SIZING WORK?
In our product descriptions you will find the original size of the item and, if required, the equivalent South African/UK size. Where items run large or smaller we try our best to disclose this. Upon adding to cart and checkout this will show the original size of the item. Should you require any additional sizing details, before making a purchase, feel free to reach out.

We also work flexi hours so we may respond outside of business hours.
LAY-BY

We offer flexible Lay-By options starting from R1000. Choose between our standard 3-month plan or a custom plan designed around your needs.
Standard Lay-By:
Minimum purchase amount: R1000
Immediate deposit: 25%
Balance: Pay the remaining amount over 3 months.
Custom Lay-By:
Need more flexibility? We’ll work with you to create a personalised Lay-By plan.
To set up a Lay-By, simply email us and we’ll take care of the rest.
Delivery:
Once your Lay-By is fully paid, your item(s) will be scheduled for delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your Lay-By before completion, a non-refundable R250 handling fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
Deliveries

Local Deliveries (South Africa):
All local orders are delivered via The Courier Guy, although alternative trusted couriers may be used.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and may be affected by public holidays or high-volume shopping periods.
When taking receipt of your delivery please inspect the package and report any visible transit damage within 24 hours.
Consignment Stock

In addition to purchasing stock ourselves we also offer consignment selling. We stock items on behalf of a seller and take a commission on the final selling price - only once the item is sold. When we are open to accepting new consignments, we announce it on our social media platforms — so be sure to follow us for updates. Please note: We do not accept all pieces offered and we only consider items in very good or excellent condition.
Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, here's how returns work:
Eligibility for Return:
Returns are considered in line with the Consumer Protection Act and are subject to inspection and approval. Any return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
For a return to be considered, the item must be returned in the same condition as supplied, with all original labels, tags, seals (if applicable), and any accessories or extras still attached and included.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, fit or size preference, handling damage, wear, or issues arising after delivery.

Return Shipping:
Items returned that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back to the purchaser at their cost.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on pierced earrings or intimate wear unless a material fault is identified upon inspection.
Condition of Pre-owned Items:
All pre-owned fashion and accessories are sold in used condition. Minor signs of wear consistent with age or prior use do not constitute a defect.
